So... The iPod is really chic and has a huge capacity. But I was really disappointed when I found out that it doesn't support ogg playback. So, if there's anybody out there who has the same problem, there is a solution. :D Yesterday I had the firm idea that I would look for a solution. So, googling (how I hate that verb) I came to this page: rockbox. And found out that they have a way cooler firmware that the original from Apple. But I was a little sceptic, it being something new and firmware and I didn't even know how difficult was it going to be to install it... Anyway, I kept on reading and came to the installation manual. It was not at all difficult --although the automatic installer didn't work for the iPod Video, but the manual installation did. So, I installed, rebooted, tested and voilá! Lo and behold, it plays ogg's. And it even supports theming! So, if anybody wants some more functionality (practical functionality), test the Rockbox OS, it's opensource, free as in free beer, GPL'd, and very fun to use!
